Refund policy

1. Complaints

If you discover that your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. In the case of transport damage, you must report this directly to PostNord or the pick-up point where you collected your order. Please contact us with any questions or issues regarding your order.

If the size you ordered turns out to be incorrect, we will correct it free of charge, provided that you measured correctly and it only requires a minor adjustment. In such cases, you are only responsible for the shipping cost to us, while we cover the return shipping back to you. If the size is incorrect due to incorrect measurements and deviates by more than half a size, an additional reworking fee will apply depending on the material.

Returns are not accepted for custom-designed jewelry or alterations made to existing products in our webshop. This also applies to diamonds or diamond jewelry with a value exceeding SEK 100,000.


2. Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods from our website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the item you ordered. A full refund applies provided that the product is unused and in new condition with any tags and seals intact. If the product has been used, or handled to a greater extent than necessary to determine its characteristics or function, SHE STOCKHOLM reserves the right to make a deduction for diminished value. You are responsible for checking that the delivery and the products are undamaged upon receiving the package.

Refunds for returned items will be made using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. It takes up to 1–3 weeks for us to process and approve your return. After approval, the refund will be made within 2–5 business days. If you purchased your items using a Klarna invoice and have not yet paid, the invoice will be adjusted and the returned items removed.

Please remember to keep your return receipt and send your return with tracking so we can reimburse you even if the package is lost during delivery.

For any returns made after the 14-day return period, we reserve the right to refund you with a digital store credit, at the sole discretion of SHE STOCKHOLM.

3. Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty on our jewelry upon presentation of a receipt. The warranty covers normal wear and tear but not damage caused by improper handling, such as moving stones while wearing the ring. Please note that metal naturally wears down over time. Examples of what the warranty does not cover include loose details and lost stones, especially if the stone was acquired separately.
